Kim’s Food and Catering began catering in Singapore in 1995. It started as a small hawker stall selling western food. When Kim raised enough funds, she closed her hawker stall and converted the business to food and catering, delivering fresh breakfast and lunch. As word spread, the company expanded quickly and now provides for large company dinners, family events and even opened our own restaurant in 535, Clementi Road. The company now serves European and Asian dishes, popular among the locals.

Mission

Goals​

Increase Company’s net income by at least 20% within 3 years. This can be done by reaching out to more people by advertising or social media. 
 

Reduce cost price by at least 10% within 3 years. This can be done by sourcing out for cheaper supplier or investing in more efficient machineries. However, the quality of our food would still be assured.
 

Reduce complains by at least half within 3 years. Teach our staff some basic of customer servicing.
 

Retain 90% of current staffs. Giving bonus to staff according to how they perform, ensuring that all employees are encouraged to work hard.

The Company would donate 5% of their yearly revenue to organizations helping the homeless old folks and the Company would do free catering to 20 old folk’s home or orphanage every Christmas Eve. Tell a story and let your users get to know you.
